Safari Itinerary: 5-Day Serengeti Migration Tour
Day 1: Arrival At Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) Tanzania
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), where your Praygod Africa Safaris guide will be waiting to transfer you to your lodge or hotel in Arusha.
After some rest, you’ll meet our representative for a safari pre-briefing. Enjoy your first evening in Tanzania with dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Arusha to Serengeti National Park
Your Serengeti Migration Safari officially begins! After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, one of Africa’s premier wildlife destinations. The drive takes you through scenic landscapes and the Ngorongoro highlands.
Optional: Stop at Olduvai Gorge, one of the most important paleoanthropological sites in the world.
Enter Serengeti via Naabi Hill Gate, then enjoy an en-route game drive as you head to your tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park
Spend the full day exploring the vast plains of Serengeti, tracking the dramatic movements of the Great Wildebeest Migration.
Expect to see thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles — often accompanied by predators such as lions and cheetahs. Explore the rivers and granite kopjes, which are excellent wildlife-viewing hotspots.

Day 4: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Begin the morning with a final Serengeti game drive. Later, proceed to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, passing through breathtaking landscapes and optional cultural stop at a Maasai Boma.
Learn about traditional Maasai culture, songs, and lifestyle.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater Tour – Return to Arusha & Departure
Descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, a wildlife sanctuary known for its high density of animals — including elephants, lions, buffaloes, and the rare black rhino.
Enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool before ascending the crater walls and returning to Arusha. You’ll be dropped off at the airport or your hotel.
